walls were dirty with handprints and dirt smears walls are thin so could hear people walking around all night back door light flicking on and off all night

Location was great for what we needed

Rooms grubby, broken items, scuffed walls and floor , leak from ceiling , reported all defects day of arrival but had no response

Convenient and close to amenities

Everything was ok thanks

Off-street parking available around the back of the property which was very handy, good location for a short bus trip into the centre of Southampton.

It was so small and just seemed not looked after at all. The doorcode was also quite annoying.

The apartment was dirty and inhabitable. I didn't even sleep there left immediately to find somewhere else the owner wasn't reachable I had ro cancel the booking and I am waiting for a refund

It was dirty. Hard water marks on the walls, the WiFi didn't work

The fact that a £100 deposit was collected without full transparency of process when booking. Property was in a very run-down area with on-site parking only accessible from the rear of the property via a muddy and potholed dirt track. Cleanliness of the facility was poor. Unwashed mugs, utensils, mould in kitchen and bathroom and very dirty divan bed base. Shower door was faulty and required maintenance person to be called-out to repair. Cleaners often left cables running between rooms in the downstairs hallway presenting trip hazards.
