H Luxury Hotel

Great hotel and reception. Thanks to Mr. Momin for his great hospitality

The hotel is spotless and everything is brand new. The location is good being next to the Petra entrance. Breakfast was good with plenty of options, which is impressive because the hotel was extremely quiet. We didn’t see another guest either day / night that we were there. Tourism is way down in Jordan due to instability in other countries but Jordan is perfectly safe, and in fact, now is a great time to visit Petra as there are very few tourists.

The hotel was excellently located and we could walk the easy 300m to the entrance to Petra. The room was well maintained and very comfortable and the mountain view was beautiful. We loved the pool and the sauna, and enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi after a long day hiking at Petra. The included breakfast was good, but the service was inconsistent, and didn't live up to expectations as we were told it started at 6.30am, only to arrive to be told to come back later, and many items were not available. Additionally, not replenishing shower gel when it runs out showed a lack of attention to detail. The hotel has great potential and just needs to organise itself to live up to its luxury claim.

It's very close to Petra entrance and the view from the balcony is amazing. Raja was helping us to plan our Petra visit and gave very good tips, he also recommended us very good restaurant for the evening. We were allowed late check out and it was amazing to see how the staff went an extra mile to make our stay perfect.
