Friendly staff, hospitality, location.

Very clean, well kept and amazing location for Petra. Staff were amazing and very accommodating. Breakfast was nice too.

La vitre a moitié transparente entre la salle de bain et la chambre, pour des personnes non en couple. La climatisation trop forte lors du dîner.

We loved our 3 night stay at H Luxury, the whole hotel is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Our room was spacious, beds were comfortable, and the shower was great. Breakfast was more than sufficient with some lovely options. We had dinner one evening here and again, it was delicious with some great options. Special shout out to Raja and Yazan who looked after us during our stay with kindness and professionalism. Raja in particular provided some fantastic recommendations for activities, restaurants, and drivers. Also a big thank you for the much needed cold drink that would appear each time we wandered in dusty and tired each day! The hotel has an indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna, which were greatly appreciated after a long day hiking in Petra. Our only suggestion would be to extend the operating hours of the sauna, which doesn't open until 6pm. We were getting back from Petra around 4pm, and we were very grateful that it was turned on after our first day, but the second day it wasn't (we realised then that it had been turned on the day before before opening hours!). The hotel location is great, just a 5-10 minute walk from the visitors centre, although be aware that the last little stretch is up a very steep bank. Free parking is available directly outside the hotel. As with everywhere else we visited in Jordan, we felt safe and very well looked after, we’d highly recommend H Luxury as your base for Petra.

As above, it would be great to extend the opening hours of the sauna so it can be used before 6pm!

Everything was great, Raja from the reception is an amazing host, helps as much as possible - regarding tour opportunities, restaurant and taxi recommendations. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you very much!
