H Luxury Hotel

The room was very clean and spacy and the views was nice. The breakfast and the dinner were ok. Would love it if there were some more choices.

Our main issue was the front desk. First of all they never mentioned that there is a free option of a free bus shuttle that takes you to the back entrance of the Petra’s path. They only mentioned a taxi option that is super overpriced (25 JOD) for a 5-10 minutes ride. On the checkout we specifically asked if the luggage room was locked because we had valuable items in our luggage and they said “Yes”. When we returned to collect them the shift had changed and therefore we had never met them before. Our luggage was out in the open near the front desk desk. I just said that this luggage is mine and they said ok, I grabbed it and left with no more questions. As of someone that works in the hospitality industry both of these actions are highly unprofessional.

The location is perfect. There’s a fabulous pool and hot tub to relax tired bodies after the walk. The staff were friendly and the room was excellent.

It was a shame the restaurant wasn’t open on the days we visited, but there were excellent options nearby.

Staff were amazing and helpful. Room lovely and quiet from noise with great air con and views.

Breakfast bread was a bit stale however we did have breakfast very late and it didn’t retract enough to lower my rating

Very good location, close to the entry to the visitor center. Very modern property and highly attentive and very helpful staff.

Everything was super new, clean and nice. Look like a new hotel but then it was clean. The view from our room was amazing. Breakfast was a good range but could have more varieties to improve. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. This hotel is on a hill up but the view is amazing but if you hate walking up , then this is not for you. But it is close to shops and amenities to get and even great restaurants further up the hillside. The cafe and sisha was great in the night with the cool view. Staff were super friendly also

Nothing much just the carpark parking has limited space but was not an issue for us as we managed to park everyday.

Great location near Petra entrance, just 5 min walk. Confortable and clean room, very friendly and caring staff, very good breakfast

The nicest staff I have ever met. They also great us with the biggest smiles. When we just finished trekking they bring us nice cold hibiscus drinks. The receptionist himself came up with the kitchen staff to deliver breakfast. And not to mention all facilities are perfect - nicest shower we had in all our trips. Lastly, if you are visiting Petra, it is only a 5 minute walk from the visitor center. Super convenient. Everything is good here, 10 out of 10.
