We loved Suara Jiwa Villas. Arriving by scooter to the villas felt unique and memorable, and we were always greeted by a warm, friendly team. They went above and beyond, organising tours, massages, and transport to and from town, always with a smile. The pool, villas and breakfast were sensational. Their exceptional service truly made our trip.

We stayed at Suara Jiwa in October and it was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish; The hosts are exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure you have a good stay - nothing is a problem for them! Breakfast is really lovely, served inside your villa or outdoors, with so much fresh fruit and juices, the stocked fridge is great as you can relax all day without worry. The villa itself is well equipped, it could be a real home from home with a fully stocked kitchen, sitting area and large bedroom. The setting is picturesque, it feels like you are in the middle of the jungle but so close to Ubud centre! We chose to walk down the organic path into ubud every day, because the 15 minute walk was so lovely, but Made and his team will drive you down whenever you need on their scooters. Made organised massages in our room, lunch deliveries and always was on hand with recommendations - the whole team were incredible and we felt so honoured to be their guest. I would recommend a stay here without a doubt!

Nothing, everything was exceptional

Property is new and clean! Views are outstanding and pictures don’t do it justice. Made and staff were amazing, We’ve travelled to many places throughout the world and Suara may have been the best place to stay. Can’t get in by car but staff was always ready and willing to pick up/drop off on scooters which was honestly way more fun. Yes, there are some bugs but it’s the jungle, and there were less than expected. Staff also helped us book some tours and guides that we weren’t going to do at first, and it was seamless (even gave us rides at 2am!). Can’t recommend Suara Jiwa enough!

The best Villa we’ve ever stayed in. Made is such a sweet soul, I’ve never come across a staff member so attentive and helpful, smiles all around, ready to drop everything to help, I was blown away by the service of all the men who work here, Putu & also my best friend Wayan :) Made and the team who were on work very hard to keep guests happy and that includes making sure you have a ride to main road but you don’t really need it as it took us 15 mins to get back to the room it’s such a lovely walk with restaurants and cafes on the path, we stopped by a few to have a few drinks, people are so lovely and welcoming, the view, the size of the room, the beautiful pool & the jungle views with sunset, in house massage, everything, book this place, I promise you will not regret it, you will be well looked after. Thank you Made and team for the best stay. To Suara Jiwa, you have the best team ❤️ God Bless you all.

That we didn’t stay here for our whole stay, I have so much regrets as we sit here in our villa in Kuta, I miss Suara already, nothing like it, nothing like their smiles and kindness.

Clean Villa Nice Breakfast Friendly staff easily contacted . This was our first time coming to Bali for our honeymoon and this place was perfect. I would come back again.

You can't reach the villa by car. You have to walk 20 minutes OR the villa staff come yo you by scooter. This was not a problem as the staff were available and they come pick us up by scooter, which was nice.

The staff are so helpful and amazing. Very clean and peaceful. Nice breakfast options, mini bar and will do laundry for you! Hotel is only accessible by a walk or few minute scooter ride which hotel organise to and from a pick up point (through rice fields)! Thank you team. See you again soon 🙏🏼
