This property is absolutely beautiful and the staff go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. A big thank you to all the staff for making our time so enjoyable.

Einfach alles war top, das Ambiente, die Aussicht und vor allem das Personal. Das war einfach der beste Service den wir beide je erlebt haben. Egal welchen Wunsch man hatte, die Mitarbeiter haben ihn erfüllt. Alles in allem war es viel besser als wir erwartet haben (und wir hatten hohe Erwartungen😄) Gerne wieder!

The villa was beautiful and everyone was super nice. Loved that breakfast was included and you can get in house massages. The pool was so lovely.

We didnt realise its a bit inland and not accessible by car, however the hotel staff were available to give us a lift via scooters and were super attentive.

Suara Jiwa Luxury Villas is everything its name promises - an oasis for the soul. I stayed in the Sandat Villa and from the moment I arrived, I was wrapped in the kind of hospitality that makes you feel instantly at home. I’ll admit, I was a little nervous about the scooter path leading to the villa - but it turned out to be part of the adventure! Zipping through the lush surroundings on the back of a scooter or discovering tucked-away shops and charming little restaurants on the walk added an unexpected joy to the journey. The villa itself? Perfection. My private pool was a sanctuary of calm, the interiors were immaculate and soulful, and every detail was curated with care. A heartfelt thank you to Made and the incredible team. Your warmth, attentiveness, and genuine kindness made my stay unforgettable - from sorting dinners, drivers and a floating breakfast. I’ll absolutely be back (hopefully next year!) to soak up more of this magic. If you’re looking for a place that will make your Bali trip even more perfect - Suara Jiwa is it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff, services, room and view were amazing. It was a perfect place to relax and unwind at the start of our Bali trip.

Arlit, Made & team went above & beyond for us, such beautiful people. The massage at the villa was the best!! The villa was stunning and huge, we had both levels although mainly used pool access downstairs level. Definitely exceeded our expectations!

C’est le meilleur logement qu’on a fait pendant tout notre voyage à Bali !! Le personnel est parfait ! Les petits déjeuner sont excellent ! La chambre et la vue sont magnifique ! Vraiment si vous avez l’occasion de réserver cet hôtel ne réfléchissez même pas foncez !!

Los atardeceres y el servicio. La villa es enorme y con todo lo que puedes necesitar. Atardece justo enfrente de la piscina y es precioso en la golden hour. Está a unos 15min andando del centro de Ubud por un camino estrecho entre arrozales y otros complejos. No se puede acceder en coche pero el staff te lleva en moto y te recoge siempre que lo necesites y sin coste. Sobre todo tratamos con Made que es un trabajador impecable y super atento, haciendo que cualquier necesidad o petición que tuviésemos estuviese resuelta al momento. El resto del equipo con el que tratamos, Agus, Widi, Putu y Komang fueron igual de majos y serviciales. Solo podemos decir cosas buenas de todos ellos. El masaje en la propia villa fue una experiencia tan buena que repetimos al día siguiente ¡y lo habríamos hecho todos los días de haberlo probado antes! En definitiva, mejor imposible. Muchas gracias a todo el equipo ❤️
