"Fabulous gem of a place"

Lovely new chalet ,fresh clean pool ,location at top of beach road so very close to beach but far enough away to get peace and quiet the tuk tuk pick up point is right outside hotel so easy to get further afield to the remote beaches The Guy’s that run it are really great .

"Great place."

Beautiful cabins. New, modern and clean. 2 minutes to the beach. Good breakfast. The best thing about this place is the team, friendly, really helpful before and during our stay, they couldn’t do enough for you. Loved it so much we returned a few weeks later.

Great place. We extended our stay here from 4 days to 9 so that speaks for itself. Everyone is nice and helpful. If you want to stay in Patnem, stay here only.

"Great place to stay"

Great small hotel right near the beach. Very pleasant place to stay.

The only disadvantage is that the water stream in the shower is really low.

"It was an awesome experience staying here in luxury."

This was pure luxury, comfy bed, air-con and fully functional bathroom. The swimming pool is an added bonus. All the staff were helpful, polite and welcoming. I felt safe as a solo traveler and the location was great being so close to the beach.

The staff were really friendly and accommodating. We arrived much earlier than anticipated but they were still able to check us into our rooms really quickly and make us comfortable after a very long journey. The rooms are spacious and clean with everything you need for your stay and they cook a great breakfast! The shops are right on your doorstep and the beach just a few steps away, it's a great location. I felt incredibly safe and well looked after staying at The Nines and would definitely book again. Thanks guys!

"Perfect stay, hotel located in a great location in this part of Goa"

New resort which means everything is super clean and has that just out of the box feeling, staff are super helpful and breakfast was good.
