"Loved it!"

We had a great stay here! All staff were very helpful. A short way from the shop and right next to the beach (2min walk). We stayed here in October so Patnem was a calm and relaxing. Would definitely recommend! Rooms were clean and AC worked well. Pool was a nice bonus!

One of the tiles on the floor was cracked but I’m sure it’ll get fixed!

Lovely huts a 2 minute walk to beach. Super friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast and lovely pool.

"Very nice stay with attentive and friendly staff."

Breakfast was good and location 2 minutes walk to the beach. Friendly staff always smiling.

The only negative about this property was that the outside space was too small and only room for not very comfortable plastic chairs apart from that we couldn’t fault it.

"Best place to stay in South Goa"

This is the best resort in South Goa, without a doubt. Perfect location with amazing bungalows - the bed is so comfortable! Great breakfast and wonderfully helpful staff!

"The huts were nice and new but not in the best position."

Good facilities including a fridge, kettle and a small pool.

No breakfast. Resort was positioned very close to the busy road and there was a noisy bar opposite that played loud music into the night.

Everything! The pool was such a luxury and always kept clean, the modern cabin and bed was incredibly comfortable and spacious. We had everything we needed for our 5 night stay.

Calm, clean, the place is really beautiful made our trip unforgettable!

Electricity disruption but it’s a whole neighborhood issue.
