The general surroundings are clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The kids absolutely loved the place! The breakfast options were excellent, with the flexibility to switch to the lunch menu if you have other plans for breakfast. The service was exceptional, always delivered with a warm smile

As expected with an open-air villa, encountering bugs and lizards is inevitable. During our stay, renovation work (specifically for the gym) was ongoing for two out of our four days stay. While it wasn't a major issue, it would have been appreciated if this had been communicated in advance.

Nice, spacious villa with comfortable beds and nice living area. Pool was good and wifi good.

Construction next door went from 8.00am to 5.00pm each day. Spoilt the time trying to relax by the pool. The towels should have been thrown out ages ago… some were quite discoloured and tatty. The breakfast experience was not good - although the food was tasty, we found it strange that the included coffee didn’t allow for milk! We had to go through a process of paying an additional 5000rp each a day for a small jug of milk! Our group of 4 were served our meals at different times, so one person was finished before another was served - one day we waited 45 minutes to get our meal. Not the kitchen staff’s fault - just need more of them! We saw many guests get takeaways or abandon the dining area after waiting for so long. And the damages list to hotel property we signed was a first for us - not done that anywhere in our travels around the world. Makes you feel like a rock band on tour in the seventies!

The meals from the in house restaurant were very good. The staff and service was always happy and smiling, on time and correct as to order.

More comfortable chairs with arm rests. More lighting for entry archway and driveway. Floor tiles very slippery when wet from rain.

Location was great! The bedrooms and bathrooms were large and beds were very comfortable. Lovely having our own private pool. Breakfast was good. Staff were all very friendly.

The temperature on the shower was touchy, went from really hot to cold with a tiny touch of the handle

The Villa we booked was perfect for my adult daughters and myself. Lovely and quiet but so close to the main street. East access for eateries, shopping and beach. All the staff are so friendly and helpful.Nothing was too much trouble

If I was to say anything I think the towels and linen was tired.
