Nothing , only bed was ok

Very dirty, dirt everywhere, no internet, box not connected , kept lying he would connect internet , got cleaning service to clean !! Very disappointing for what I paid for !!

The location of the apartment, it’s modern and chic. They cooled apartmant before we arrived, what we appreciated.

When we first arrived we felt a strong smell, which later turned out to be used baby diaper inside a cabinet. Also there was more trash inside apartment. Smaller room smelled like mould. Overall apartmant was not very clean and the sheets looked and smelled like they were not changed. Inside apartment there was no soap, neither the bodywash. There was no internet at all, we tried restarting the router, but nothing helped. Our biggest complaint is that the host didn’t respond at all. It seamed like the only thing mattered was that we have payed, and now we are none of their business.

Very disappointing stay – poor communication and broken facilities We were really disappointed with this property, especially considering the price. The apartment listed a washing machine as an available amenity, but it wasn’t even plugged in and couldn’t be used. I sent multiple messages to the owner through Booking.com and received no reply. I then called directly—he said he would check and call me back but never did. As a result, we had to use a laundromat during our stay, which cost us extra time and money. We had chosen this apartment assuming we were paying for on-site laundry facilities. Additionally, the shower was broken—the handheld showerhead splattered water everywhere, making it impossible to shower properly. To top it off, when we arrived, the property smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, as if someone had been smoking inside. Overall, a very disappointing experience. The poor communication from the owner and the condition of basic amenities made the stay frustrating. Not worth the price, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Lo único bueno del alojamiento es que estaba cerca de los puntos de interés.

Nada más entrar olía a tabaco, hasta las toallas y sábanas ofrecidas estaban impregnadas en ese olor que se los quedó hasta en la ropa. El internet NO HA FUNCIONADO incluso después de rogarle al propietario que lo solucione.

The beds were comfortable. The location was good.

No Internet access, no TV remote, outside area dirty. The washing machine was not available to use. When i tried to contact the owner, literally no response.

The apartment, the location and the neighbourhood are nice

The host did not answer on questions, no internet, no remote control for the TV, almost clogged shower drain.

Overall okay and met expectations. The place looks identical as the images. Clean and comfy, hot water all the time. Host was responsive at check in time and messaged instructions to check in.

No internet connection, host told us he will contact the provider and then ignored me. Also having 2 chairs on the dining table in a place for 4 people made no sense. TV had no remote and no way of turning it on.

The washing machine didn't work, it was dirty, no one answers when you write, it's hard to get through to the company, they read the messages and don't answer, I'm very upset about this apartment, the Internet didn't work, the TV didn't work, only YouTube, the dishes had to be washed because they were dirty, the apartment is new but dirty
