Τhe apartment was new but dirty the location is very close center ,close to shops pharmacies comfortable bed , close to the embankment literally 5 minutes in the apartment it was warm there was warm water all the time there were dishes a large kitchen where you can cook food

the apartment is newly renovated but dirty I was for a long time and it was important for me to have a washing machine but when I wanted to use it it did not work I wrote to the company but they simply ignored me or did not answer when they made an appointment they did not come or did not answer once a repairman came but it took a lot of time he could not fix the washing machine we agreed on the next day but no one came the TV did not work only YouTube worked the Internet sometimes worked poorly, the apartment itself was beautiful, but also because it was poorly cleaned and the washing machine and TV did not work and the Internet did not work well I was very upset plus I was simply ignored

The ventilation in the toilet was bad. There was not enough toilet paper for 4 days. There were no coffee capsules for the machine.

the house was not cleaned, we found dirt everywhere, from spider webs on the ceiling to dirty spots all over pretty much. The parking was a nightmare, we ended up circling around for at least 30-40 minutes each time we were looking to park. We message the property a couple of times asking questions but we never got a reply. The shower douche was not working properly. There wasnt a big bin available in the house to throw the garbage and there was not even a single kitchen towel to dry the dishes. The bedrooms are extremely small.

The location was great, also there was always hot water and hot radiators.

It wasnt clean, it was very dusty and the sheets werent fresh.
