AULocation was good
Difficult process to get to check-in, many phone calls and not so helpful. Arrived to one roll of toilet paper, a container labelled as laundry tablets but nothing inside, no shower, an ironing board basically ready to be thrown out, no instructions on how anything worked and a real mish-mash of glassware, not even two of anything.
AUThe view and location great
Not super clean and the appliances should spend $200 and really upgrade handful of things for sure.

Check in process was difficult and convoluted, multiple pages in foreign languge to read thru and sign before getting key details. Unit is cluttered and not clean considering guests pay a €93 cleaning fee. On top of this you get a message telling you to take all rubbish with you when you leave. Bed and bedding was uncomfortable. The seating in the living area is unpleasant to sit in. The TV is the size of an iPad. The bathroom facilities are completely inadequate. There is no shower, and the bath tub has deliberately had the built in the plug removed. This has been mentioned in many past reviews, and still nothing has been done to improve services for guests. Outside loungers were broken and unusable. Although the location is excellent, everything else was very disappointing. Would not book again.
INThe location and the views were the most beautiful. You could just sit there and look at the view all day. It wasn’t too far from the pier but had to climb too many steps but that is common in Bellagio. The centre was very close by. It was cold but the Ac was enough to keep us warm. It was enough for a couple of days stay for a couple. There is a small garden and the property is on ground floor. I will surely recommend this place.
There is no shower area you have to bathe in the bath tub with a hand shower. And can’t even have a tub bath because the tub couldn’t be filled cause the drain didn’t have a closure. And the utensils in the kitchen were very dirty. I had to scrub all the utensils before using even cutlery was unclean

No shower, hand shower in bath. Central heating didn't work so used air con for warmth.
