"Roaches infested , please beware."

Location

There were roaches. In the 1 bathroom n the kitchen. Only 1 face towel. The bed was very bouncy, very old mattress probably. The sofas arm rest broken n sofa very very old. Kitchen cabinets old.

"I like the place it is just that I feel bad for the owner for trusting the cleaning staff not doing their work."

The convenience of the location. And it has its parking in the basement. It's spacious.

The owner's cleaning staff, didn't clean the sink, and the toilet smells, so the bed sheets and pillows are not fresh I can tell but I already informed the owner's sister. There is also a cockroaches.

Location

The building is in bad state. There are cockroaches in the unit. The smell in the toilet is not good. The key fob does not work in the elevator, you have to use the service elevator.

Air conditioning

Moulds in the shower, cockroaches in the kitchen, unable to reach the owner we cannot access the door. The staff in the building are unable to help. The number posted told me to contact a different number. No one was answering. We were stuck in the lobby covered in sweat and very tired

"Amazing space for big Family and Friends!"

We love that the place is very spacious and have a kitchen so we can cook. It can also accomodate big groups. The location is great too! It's very accessible. There are stores nearby and a mall too. The property owner also gave clear instructions on how to check-in.

There are some dust on the windowsills but that part can be improved in the future.

"Exceptional"

Location was perfect for us as my wife had an early appointment at The Podium the next day. About a 5 min walk away! The accomodation was 1st class, extreemely comfortable and clean with every need catered for, including snacks! Had a wonderful sleep, bed was very comfortable. Smart tv with netlicks etc. Great views of Manila. Right opposite SM megamall so massive choice of eateries, also 7 11 on site. There are 2 beautiful swimming pools available On the top floor, unfortunately we had no time to use them.

Nothing we didnt like. If being picky could have done with bit more instruction on door locking proceedure. However I understand from host.it was very new, so im sure.this will be addressed
