Location, location, location.

I did not know it was an “airbnb” type of accommodation- which I least prefer: does not meet hotel standards of cleanliness, a 24 hour desk. There was mold in kitchen sink, bathroom; dust from excess decor & plastic plants, cockroaches.

NO information that I booked it as AirBNB reason i lined -up for 30 minutes in the hotel lobby ending up to confusion from the receptionist etc.

The security of the guest staying in the hotel. No loitering. The closeness of the hotel to megamall and surrounding area. Accessible to transportation and shopping. Peacefull and best of all the staff are so accomodating.

Breakfast so expensive. No airport shuttle for guest of hotel. No parking for guest visitors.

The unit is strategically located and highly accessible to public and private transport, spa (massage, mani/pedi) and laundromat (both at the g/f of the building), pharmacy, supermarket, convenient store and major shopping malls. It is literally at the back of Mega Mall. The price is also practically reasonable for a 2 bedroom accommodation with a decent kitchen and living room. The walk in closet is a plus. It is very close to home whether you're an expat after convenience and proximity to amenities or a local who just wish to relax. Although WiFi and Netflix are expected, little treats and snacks are welcome surprises. There's even a medicine kit for emergency! Host was prompt in replying to queries.Check in and out are a breeze.
