Bed is awful - so creaky it groaned every time one of us moved and feels like it's going to collapse and very uncomfortable mattress. Drip in ensuite bathtub too. So basically no sleep.

It was clean, fresh and modern.

It would have been useful to have a few more kitchen utensils/crockery.

Beautifully decorated and well equipped in a great location.

Only minor things but the shower head was dripping and the fan in the bathroom has probably been fitted the wrong way round so the wind makes it rattle!

Homely and well presented

Good central location. Everything you need for a short stay. Nice and warm, even with the heating on low.

The property does feel a bit tired i.e there are scuffs and marks on all the walls which makes it feel a bit unloved. The concept is good, unfortunately spolit by lack of maintenance. It is quite noisy at night, the shop nearby seems to attract groups of people outside.

Fabulous modern clean apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Close to the centre of Cheltenham. Warm and cosy

The extractor vent in the bathroom banged tapped and flapped all night due to the wind- I’m a light sleeper an it really interrupted my sleep - even with ear plugs.

Very clean. Safe. Comfortable
