(1) Very bad experience with the location, not correctly given on website and need to check the message before arrival, we arrived at night, missing out the message, -2 degree looking for the venue with a toddler is no fun. I believed you can easily locate it correctly on the website in the first place. You wrote your name as if it is a HOTEL on booking.com, NOPE, it is not, it is like airbnb, a small apartment, if you name yourself hotel, please have hotel standard in terms of at least providing the correct address on website, and also providing a check in counter or valid number to be contacted. (2) owner did not reply the message. Running a hotel, sending the check in messages to the owner at 9pm, and did not get reply, tried to call the number stated in booking.com, IT IS A FAKE NUMBER which is not working at all. waited until 11.30pm, finally replied the email and provide me the check in details. Are you expecting your guest to stay in cold winter night for 2.5 hours with no response at all?! even booking.com couldn't reach you. We have no choice it was too cold, and checked in the hotel next door, but this owner refused to give any compensation for that. As running a homestay/airbnb/hotel, you should at least provide a VALID NUMBER for guests to reach you in case of emergency. This is ridiculous. (3) there is a bad smell in the room, we have to open the window to ventilate the house.

The lack of adult-sized bath towels.

Heater type, as current heater sometime can smell oily

駅から近くてよかった。 オシャレで程よい設備でとてもよい

新しい施設なのに細かい掃除が出来てなくて勿体ないと思った。壁が薄いので静かに過ごす人向き。
