"Excellent"

I thought Hy's 301 was very private and I enjoyed the large table in the common space. It's very close to the Chitose station and within walking distance of many restaurants. Convenient.

"Good stay, great location"

We liked the location - it’s walking distance to AEON and 7-10 min drive to Airport. The place is cozy and nice.

Communication with host could be better. They should provide WhatsApp number for the quick response. If you have heavy baggage, please note that there is no lift and the apartment is on the second floor.

Location was good

House had mould sours in sink and house smelt like it had been locked up and unused for a long time. It was cold and heater didn't warm enough over night.

"Great stay, would highly recommend as a stop en-route to Niseko, location is excellent."

We stayed here after a long flight before heading to Niseko. Location was excellent being close to the airport, station and Aeon (which was excellent for stocking up on food and little things we had forgotten). The room was very clean, spacious and the beds were super comfortable. I was a bit worried about the self-check in process given the long flight and as we were arriving quite late at night, but the instructions were very clear and it was fine. Chitose itself is really nice, next time we will consider staying a bit longer.

The only thing was the room was freezing when we arrived but tbh the heater was simple to use and heated the room quickly so this was not a major issue.

"Very Good"

Liked the bunk bed. Everything was neat and well provisioned.

The shower would suddenly turn 🥶cold. The TV screen would keep turning off after a while with the audio still playing. Have to turn off the TV, wait a while, then turn it on again for the screen to work again. Then after a while the screen would turn off again.

"suitable for family short stay"

this property is very new, the location is quite near the JR station, but it can be very hard to pull luggage at icy road during winter the size of the property is nice, cozy

no lift, so with big heavy luggage is a problem the bed is abit too soft, hence it causing some back pain after a night
