ROOur stay was absolutely fantastic. The cleanliness was exceptional – one of the cleanest accommodations we have ever stayed in. The location is perfect, right in the heart of La Spezia’s historic center, giving us easy access to restaurants, cafés, and local attractions. The property is only a 5-minute walk from the harbor and about 15 minutes from the central train station, making it an ideal base for exploring Cinque Terre and the surrounding area. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and the beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a full day of sightseeing. Everything was exactly as described, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting La Spezia and would happily stay here again. 10/10!

FIVery clean, spacious and comfortable place. Central location next to a park, the harbour and pedestrian streets with lots of cafes, restaurants and shops. The host Andrea is very kind and helpful. He pays great attention to detail and thoughtfully provides amenities. It is a perfect place to explore the beautiful Cinque Terre by ferry or train.

FRL'emplacement et la propreté. Bien situé à 16mn à pied de la gare qui dessert les 5 terre et à 5mn des arrêts de bus pour se rendre à Portovenere. Situé à la limite du centre historique de la Spezia, près des restaurants, du marché couvert et à 10mn à pied du parking couvert Europa Park..Rapport qualité/ prix satisfaisant.
