Mandarin apartments by halu!

Locatie was uitstekend! Ik had alles ter beschikking gedurende mijn verblijf.

Με εξαίρεση το προσωπικό της εταιρείας το διαμέρισμα ήταν αρκετά καλο, με τις σωστές ανέσεις και σε πολυ κεντρική τοποθεσία. Μεγάλο συν η ησυχία.

Η ταλαιπωρία στο μεγαλείο της. Μου δόθηκε σε πρώτο χρονο λάθος κωδικός για να μπω στο διαμέρισμα. Για να μιλήσω με το προσωπικό που διαχειρίζεται το διαμέρισμα έπρεπε να κατέβω στο πεζοδρόμιο της οικοδομής, γιατι δεν υπήρχε σήμα κινητής τηλεφωνίας, στον όροφο του διαμερίσματος. Αυτό εγινε 3 φορές.Μεγαλο μείον για απλά πράγματα. Θα μπορούσαν να το απλοποιησουν.

Very dark apartment not much sunlight coming through. Also, very small bedroom with no nightstands. Overall not very impressed, very overpriced.

Excellent location, right downtown. The apartment is fresh and clean and furnished with a very modern aesthetic. It has kitchenware/dishes for four people. The use of codes to get into the building and the apartment itself saves having to carry a key around. The management team is extremely responsive, communicating via WhatsApp. I usually got an answer to my messages within 5 minutes and they were very keen to resolve any problems. As I stayed 16 nights, I had a cleaning refresh three times where the bedding/towels were changed and the apartment was given a light cleaning.

There was nothing about the actual property that I disliked. I would say that having the street facing apartment had both pros and cons. The nice thing was the ability to see the water and feel like we were in the city by having views of the restaurants/stores on the street. The downside was the traffic noise, especially the garbage trucks that arrived at 5:30-6:00an every morning to empty the dumpsters. This isn’t a fault of the property, of course, but if you’re a light sleeper you may prefer the rooms that face the inner courtyard area.

The pictures are very accurate it was what I expected. Great location and spacious apartment.

There was a reoccurring problem with Netflix account and I had to contact the staff everyday.
