Mandarin apartments by halu!

The size was amazing, everything was comfortable and nice, location is the best for me, and the staff was quickly responding and solved everything very quick, i would definitely recommend it especially with Halu

Apartment was cold. AC heating was not enough. Electronic key for the door was failing. I've paid for superior apartment with a view, but I 've got with back side terrace.

Located in the hearth of Thessaloniki which makes it easy to get most of the popular sites. The apartment itself is new and nicely furnished.

The property does not have parking (though it says it offers such) and you can use a public one upon availability (it is a busy city !). It is strange they made a full renovation of the property but the balcony doors are old and do not work/close properly. It could be a bit noisy. I would say that check-out before 10.00 am is also a small negative, but we have agreed with the property management to stay by 11.00 am and we appreaciate this. These are minor imperfections which cannot change the overall nice stay at the property. We will definately choose it again.

For the last 3 days we had no WiFi, we contacted customer support and they just told us to restart the router, but it didn’t work and they said they would contact the company but nothing happened

Fix the balcony doors. They can not be fully closed. Offer two slleping covers/duvets/blankets. Not everyone can sleep under sigle duvet. Heating with a/c is not enough for autumn/winter period Try to organize parking with Parkings close to property
