No remote for the ac unit which was running on cold when we arrived. No heating on a cold night was not acceptable.

Quiet for a campground. We had rooms and they were sizeable, clean and very pleasant. Loved using the bbq for dinners as it gave us a break for eating in restaurants. Nice overall experience

The staff were friendly and the property was nice and clean, close to town so easy access to everything

The photographer was great advertising the rooms we had a cabin and it was waaay smaller than expected it was like a shoe box, had to keep the aircon on 24/7 cause it was like a sauna, the wifi wasn’t good and finding something to watch on tv at night was a nightmare.

La chambre était conforme à nos attentes, le personnel attentionné lors du Check in. Idéalement situé à 30min du départ des navettes pour la traversée du tangariro.

Surpris d'avoir des tentes et campings car/ Van sur l'ensemble des espaces verts et notamment devant les chambres. Néanmoins à aucun moment nous n'avons été gênés par du bruit ou autre.
