The accommodation was excellent, with a great sea view. Wi-Fi, parking, everything was superb.

New self-service room,good bed,nice seaview from big balcony,very nice owner Chris,mosquito nets,plenty of hot water,water cleaning system was great,drinking water from the tap.

A Wardrobe for the clothes would be nice.

Loved the location, view, terrace and privacy. Walk to the beach across the road for swimming. Ample parking on site. Personable, helpful and friendly host providing responsive communication.

We loved everything about our stay here. Chris was an amazing host who welcomed us like family. Great accommodation within easy reach of everything. Great studio right on the beach! Loved watching the sunsets from the balcony. Relaxing location and easy walk to great restaurants. Fantastic host and property. Would definitely return! Thank you Chris and Janet

We had the most lovely time at the Black Pig Studios. The location was amazing with great accessibility and views to the sea and beach and good restaurants around it. Also a bakery and good supermarket close by. Chris was an amazing host and he puts a lot of effort into making the place and experience as cozy and comfortable for his guests as possible. He even picked us up at the port and was very helpful throughout our stay, which definitely provided an added value to our time in Syros. We liked Syros a lot but Chris and his place definitely made it our favorite place so far! Absolutely recommend this place! We are coming back for sure 🫶🏻

Great location for getting away.

I stayed for a few days in November 2023 and loved it! The area incredibly quiet and peaceful in the low season, the accommodation as in the photos... bright and friendly with the large sunny balcony! You can either sit outside or lie in bed.. looking out to the sea and hearing the sound of the waves just 50m away is just pure relaxation. It was exactly what I was looking for! It's a special place and Chris is an absolutely great host!! Many thanks for the pick ups, nice chats and tips! Wi-fi worked fast and stable! Good to know: In the winter season there are currently no buses on Sunday, from Mon - Fri about 3 times a day towards Ermoupoli if you are planning a day trip. Costs €1.70 and works really well. I really enjoyed short walks to the beaches in the neighborhood or Finikas (10-15min walk)! In Finikas there is also a supermarket, a bakery and a taverna with delicious food. There is absolutely nothing I can complain about (on the contrary!) and I would definitely come back!
