The owner of is really relaxed and helpfull. He picked us up from the port of Syros and made our stay comfortable in every way. The studio has a magnificient vieuw and sunset. Its located on walking distance of the village Foinikas where are some restaurants, a bakery and a car rental company. Its a perfect place to stay for exploring the rest of Syros.

The view, the location, and a heartwarming host is the perfect combination

The room was very cozy and clean, full of amenities and kitchenware. The studio is in a brand new building just a few meters from the sea, with unobstructed view of the sunset! The host, Chris, was very helpful and made us feel like home. Definitely suggested!

The host cancelled my reservation immediately after I got the confirmation. However, the money was taken from my credit card anyway. I didn't get it back.

What a great new find in Syros. Well-designed and comfortable studio with a great view of Voulgari one of the best beaches in the island. This is all new and you should definitely book before word gets out. Great terrace with a view of the beach that’s perfect all day from breakfast to cocktails with a very thoughtful sail awning. The owner and host Chris is a great British expat who lives and obviously loves Syros.

Absolutely nothing.

Our stay in Syros couldn’t have been better. Chris makes you feel like home and the location is well positioned between Ermopouli and the rest of the attractions and beaches on the island. The house is close to the beach, near the bus station and has this cool summer cycladic vibe. We are planning on getting back soon!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Chris' house at Poseidonia, Syros, and I must say, it was an absolute slice of paradise. The location was simply breathtaking, with the house being perched directly on the beach, offering unparalleled views of the sparkling Aegean Sea. If you're searching for a tranquil escape with picturesque sunsets and the soothing sound of birdsong, look no further. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the stunning view from the room. Waking up each morning to the gentle lapping of waves and the golden glow of the sun illuminating the beach was an experience that will forever stay etched in our memory. The sunsets at Voulgari beach are truly something out of a postcard. As the day draws to a close, the sky transforms into a vibrant palette of warm hues, casting a magical glow over the horizon. Whether you choose to enjoy this spectacle from the comfort of your room or take a leisurely stroll along the shore, you'll be captivated by the sheer beauty of nature's artistry. Chris, the host of this wonderful abode, deserves special mention for his warm hospitality and friendly nature. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of exceptional.

Everything was perfect and Christ took in consideration any feedback we had and was asking every two days if we needed anything.
