"In online hotel is different in offline is different there is no proper tv channels room is nt clean"

I didn't like anything

Hotel staff didn't give proper response for money they clled so many tym we called thm for blankets n pillows thy didn't respond properly room was nt good it was very dirty really it was wast of spending money to stay on tht hotel worst experience at collection o the crown hotel very bad we will not suggest thiz hotel for any

"not happy at all.."

My room is allotted is single instead of being booked for Double bed... I was waiting to repair my TV, after 8 hours and repeated then they came... Finally, TV is not repaired, I earlier said reception am alone and I need TV and same day india cricket match is there..

Staff Support, Lack of knowledge, Promised services not provided.... No, of requests are done for one house keeping guy to attend my room for repair... No Bell Boy for my luggage or no house keeping and no soaps etc..
