Hi, Very poor services by Hotel Receptionist and staff. We were kept waiting for 1 hr even though we informed them 1 day earlier the arrival time. They told we will given the room the hotel next to them which was 300 meters away with our transportation cost. Breakfast was not provided even though its mentioned while in booking. Bed bugs are there on the bed .cockroaches are there in the room . Corridors are dirty with left over eaten utensils and used beds. Bathrooms are very dirty for use. Better not to fall for the 3 star hotel mentioned on the site.
