The room was big enough..

Clealiness was not up to the mark.. Bedsheets were not clean also the room was also dirty.. Washroom is so so.. Overall 2.5/5

Check-in was smooth. Receptionist was good Really beautiful hotel. Staff was good. Peaceful area. Room was spacious. Bed was neat and clean. Overall this stay was good.

Unhygienic rooms, poor quality with lots of bedbugs and cockroaches, unwashed linen and towels initially they allotted the room no 104 which filthy and dirty with full of smoke smell, linen was not changed no towels available, wires were handing, upon complain at the reception lady gave 2 rooms keys to check and choose the good one. And had to choose 204 as I already paid and with no choices. Bathroom walls were dirty, sink was filthy. Bedbugs and cockroaches in room Linen and towel was dirty Wire and board hanging out No battery in the remote They are cheating guest by either showing fake rooms images or not maintaining it properly

Comfortable bed....Very spacious and clean room. Good for every Traveler. The staff was very supportive. well trained staff, so clean and hygiene.

Pros - The lady receptionist was really helpful with facilitating the room for early check in and also the guy receptionist helping out late in the evening.

Cons - There was no breakfast available. It is a 3 star property where even the drinking water was not provided, Location is also not that great. The property is old and not maintained well, (Bed, room interiors, bathroom - not clean, taps leaking.., you cannot switch off the lights.. other things).

No Telivision No aminities for my entire stays No towel No soap No shampoo etc. No Housekeeping, no cleaning for my four days stay at all.. Only given a towel my my last day Only good is food and service
