"The Perfect Stay"

Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Room was clean. I have stayed at dozen of hotels. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Will recommend.

"We did not get the booked room from the Hotel, and not responded positively"

Nothing to like

Our booking has been cancelled and given to another party by the Hotel, and we did not get the property when we reached there. Several communications with OYO group they arranged a very bad property which is worthless to the amount we paid. I kindly request you to provide compensation for our sufferings.
