"Visita rapida a Puebla - necesitan mejorar los servicios en las habitaciones"

Pedimos una suite para poder trabajar ambos. la sala complementaria tenía tele pero sin control remoto por lo que no se pudo usar. A nuestra salida no hubo agua caliente, tuvimos que salir sin bañarnos y nuestra idea era llegar a trabajar directo a México (lo cual fue imposible). Honestamente al reportarlo solo nos dijeron "gracias lo vamod a reportar para que quede arreglado", pero ningiuna disculpa ni una bonificacion al pago.

Las camas son muy cómodas, la habitación en general esta bien. La limpieza bien y la vista.

En una de las recamaras reservadas el ruido del extractor de olores era muy fuerte. El desayuno podría mejorar, falta sal y un poco de sazón, se acabó la comida del bufet y se tuvo que esperar a que saliera más comida.
