esta muy cerca del centro historico, lo cual nos parecio muy bien para ir caminando.

el desayuno buffet, no estaba rico, frio y con poca seleccion. Lo que no se me hizo agradable es que me cobraran extra por pedir huevos al gusto, cuando todo el desayuno es incluido.

El personal muy atento. Las habitaciones son muy agradables y cómodas, además de estar muy limpias al igual que las camas. El desayuno buffet (incluído) nos encantó. Desde las ventanas de la habitación y del hotel hay una muy buena vista hacia el centro de la ciudad y a los volcanes, respectivamente; cabe destacar que estábamos en el piso 5. La ubicación inmejorable.

Todo nos gustó.
