Chandler 1bd King Deluxe

I booked this hotel through Booking.com showed up at the hotel on time. I was giving a code for the room when I open the room and went in the room. It smelled like someone had been smoking in it for 50 years. It was overpowering and awful. I immediately left and notified the property. I have requested a refund multiple times from the property and from booking.com and I still have not received a credit on my credit card. I even went into the office and spoke with them while I was visiting Phoenix.

I didn’t like anything about the room that I was assigned to. It was horrific.

The room itself was good and clean. Bed was comfortable

Issues with outside neighbors, people yelling in the hallways for hours. People right outside the building fighting and I did find a cockroach in the sink

The price was too good to be true.

This place does not seem to exist. I made the reservation, drove 3 hours and the address leads you to an apartment complex. DO NOT BOOK AT THIS SITE!!! 🚩🚩🚩🚩

The only thing that was acceptable at this location was that I was able to park somewhat close to the door. That being said, my code to get in that door did not work on multiple occasions.

Extremely dirty! Dust build up on ceiling fan had to have accumulated over several years! Mold on the door and other areas in the bathroom. Major dust build up all over the apartment. I felt gross being in there. We took 3 showers with COLD water. Our door code rarely worked. The facility itself had tenants that were extremely loud at all hours of the night. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN AND WOULD HOPE NOBODY ELSE DOES. The photos on the website were completely inaccurate! I was not even able to upload all of the photos that I took to show how disgusting this place was!

I like that it was close to family and restaurants

I did not like that they did not come clean the room I don't know if they do or not they did not bring any towels the next day so we had no towels and we didn't see any staff members.

Not at all. The room they put us in smelled like cigarettes really bad. No trash can, no kitchen dishes or pots and pans. The smell gave headaches for days.
