It was hard to find the building. We didn't know the number until we called.

Price

No towels in the room when checked in at 4. Called and office closed. A voice message said someone would call back. No one did. No towels at the pool. Pool could have been warmer cushions for the lounge chairs would have been nice. No ice cube tray in fridge.

Clean but basic. Renovated hotel property with lightly renovated room.

Building access had issues. One door keypad did not work for several guests. No elevator. Room could use some updates, but was clean.

The bed and size of the unit

I hated the management team and being frequently locked out and it took many complaints to get help. The unit and furniture was dirty. The window locks were broken. The smell of weed was always strong in the hotel. The staff was always rude and hostile.

Nothing

Location was good. That's all that was good with this place!

I asked to check I 1 hour early by the request box on the website. When I got there the front desk man said I couldn't get in 1 hour early. My wife has cancer and needed to lay down and I told the guy this and he said I could pay 50 dollars to get in. I asked him if he wanted 50 dollars for 1 hour and he said yes. I left the office. The place is a crap hole with filthy carpets and nasty smell. The place is old and run down, the people were rude and not helpful at all! Never again here!
