The woman checking me in lied and said that last time I was there I caused an issue so they had to charge me a deposit. I have no issue w paying a deposit but I know for a fact she was lying about me causing an issue previous. Very rude.

"Have someone a little more professional in front dealing with issues instead of that rude woman."

The check in was smooth and the man was patient and friendly.

I went to ask for new towels and sheets and the woman who helped me was very rude and charged me 20 dollars. She didn't give me a full set of sheets or towels. She was questioning me about why I needed new ones when I just checked in. She only accepted the 20 in cash. SMH such a rip off!
