"Ummm, not sure what to say"

It was modern'ish

No coffee maker, phone, alarm clock, carpet, tissue, the shower is so low a man can't wash his head, lighting is cold, it was dirty, the bed was saggy, curtain wasn't black out. Deposit has to be given in cash so be prepared.

"Verbal communication needed to resolve issues now and in the future"

I DID NOT STAY AND CANCELED AT PROPERTY. NEEDED DOWNSTAIRS AND CAR PARKING WAS NOT CLOSE TO ROOM. MANAGER SAID NO PROBLEM BECAUSE HE WAS NOT GOING TO CHARGE MY CARD I BOOKED RM ACROSS THE ST AT Harbor Inn through you and you charged me for both places. I sent you an email on this and requested a call which I have not received. Verbal communication is needed for us to continue a business relationship.
