Posizione comoda per l’aeroporto di Fiumicino ampi spazi e tutte le comodità compreso il comodo parcheggio.

La struttura è un po’ vetusta con alcune rifiniture da rivedere. Il letto matrimoniale pur comodo è molto fastidioso in quanto rumoroso ed è da rivedere.

The house was very, very dirty. I've many pictures of how bad and terrible it was. We wasted funds for the nights. It was a bad experience that would go a long way. My family felt very bad with the dirt and little incest. The dish washing machine smells. Just want to mention just a few.

The property had clean bedding and towels for everyone. They even had coffee and a Mika pot to make it in. They even thought of the small things like having soap by the sinks and kitchen basics that would have been usefully if we stayed longer.

There was some confusion on our part because the booking didn’t contain the house number but was shared in a direct message that we didn’t notice at first.

I booked this place for 2 adults and 5 children, and clearly mentioned that during booking. After confirming, they called to ask for the kids’ ages, then said because my oldest is 12 and another is 10, I had to pay €50 extra for “extra arrangements.” This was unfair, as I already said I was coming with 5 kids. When we arrived, there were no extra beds or changes—just what was shown in the photos. It felt like they used age as an excuse to charge more, which is misleading. Also, on the morning we left, we accidentally locked the key inside. We tried to call for help but got no response for 5 hours. In the end, we had to leave the property by climbing over the wall, without any support or guidance. Overall, the experience was disappointing and not handled professionally

The location is great for early flights and has enough space to accommodate a big family. The privet parking is a great bonus for the place. The pizzeria nearby is fantastic so it’s convenient. The pots and kitchen supplies were not clean, and there is no electric kettle.
