The location, the facility in general.

The upstairs to the second floor is very narrow.

Property was excellent. Kitchen has everything needed, beds were fine and WiFi and tv worked well. 15 minute walk from a good shopping centre with restaurants.

Not a dislike as such. Majority of the plugs seemed to accept 3 pronged plugs rather than the two pronged European travel plugs we had, was difficult to charge mobile phones. Could have been something we were doing, but something to be aware of.

Next to the airport, very nice host, good for families. The appartment is clean.

the bed was fine

I was with the family and I didn't have hot water and internet. We also had problems with mosquitoes. a nightmare for us with small children. the air conditioning is an air cooler only in one room. one (1) stove burner was not working. it was very confusing that we even ended up forgetting the key inside the house on the way out. need to improve and understand the need to host people.

The accommodation was 2 storied, upstairs was accessed by a spiral staircase, and had 2x bedrooms with a bathroom. Downstairs was a spacious lounge, dining, kitchen, bathroom and and enclosed back patio. We were travelling by bicycle and the owner was super welcoming. Communication through Booking was easy. He met us at the property at the arranged time, encouraged us to bring our bikes into the front courtyard before he took us through the house. As we were packing our bikes up for our flight home he was more than happy for us to do this in the secure back patio. He encouraged us to txt him if we needed anything or had any concerns. He was very prompt in replying to any messages.

I booked this and paid in advance. The man phoned me 14 times plus 3 missed calls. He hosts since 17 Oct. There are dogs all around the location. I do not think he has the jurisdiction to rent this property to booking.com. He let himself in on the Saturday morning. With a neighbour. Lucky I was dressed and had the dogs on leads. He opened the door and came in. That is illegal. He told me to leave and that I would get a full refund. The neighbours must have reported him to Guardia di Finana. I left. It was a horrid place with dirty furniture and stains. I left.
