Al Vicolo di Ercolano

Location is great; close to the Ercolano ruins and to the train station. Room is spacious and clean. Host is very welcoming.

The room is advertised as Bed & Breakfast but don't expect a "real" or fresh breakfast. It is just pre-packed croissants and other pre-packed things from the local supermarket. Coffee is quite good though.

This place is perfect if you DONT HAVE A CAR. There is NO PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE HOTEL. However the apartment itself is gorgeous with amazing facilities. Incredible coffee, snacks and a lovely host. Beautiful design and centrally located. The parking offered, however, is over 3 kilometers away which is between a 6-12 minute car ride away. This is a huge inconvenience for those who are travelling alone/require easy and fast access to the car, and especially for those who are travelling with a baby. I cannot imagine how inconvenient this would be if you had a small baby with you that requires a baby seat.

There is NO PARKING. The parking is misleading and is over 3 kilometers away which takes betwee 6-15 minutes to access depending on traffic in a totally different suburb. The host (who is however lovely) offers to drive you to and from the car which, while I'm sure she thinks its a lovely service, is actually a huge stressful inconvenience for someone who is working and requires multiple access to car per day. I only booked this apartment because of the parking offered because I was working with huge amounts of clothing and required access to my car throughout my stay. Unfortunately not having quick easy access to my car cost me about 600 Eur in business lost over the 2 days. Extremely misleading especially as I was going to be travelling with my baby and husband. Families travelling with a small baby require parking ONSITE and cannot be transferring baby seats between cars and dealing with extra inconveniences during their stay. Also I was travelling alone, a young woman and I did not feel safe not having direct access to my car. For some people this might not be a problem but I do not think it's fair to list the aparmtent as offering parking when the parking is in a completely different suburb.

Lucrecia, the owner was a incredible nice woman. She helped me with many things, included things not related to the B&B. The place is perfect for solo travelling or for a couple, bed super confortable and very clean everything. I recommend this place a lot.

Everything was great. I will just suggest a trash can in the bathroom and if possible a small microwave. Also, the optin of having 2 sets of towels.

It was so so wonderful here, I just can't even describe it in words correctly - but I'll try. The apartment is a genuine gem, which starts with its location and the beautiful interieur. Now I had the chance to stay in it alone for 2 nights, which means that I also had the king size bed for me alone - just dreamlike. The kitchen and the bathroom were amazing as well, and one could resort to a lot of nice things to eat and drink from the table/the fridge. Moreover, the contact with the owner was real smooth and unproblematic, she cared about me like a mother and so I felt truly as if I was at home. A spacious, clean and modern accommodation - what could you want more? Thank you for this precious time here in Ercolano, it was an extraordinary pleasure to me. Grazie mille!

Even if you would look after some negative things, you wouldn't find one.

Very nice, cute apartment, clean and has everything you need for a stay. The kitchen has all the utensils for preparing a meal. Breakfast is also included. It has a coffee machine. Good location. The owner is very friendly.

The apartment was excellent for me, sparkling clean and equipped with everything! Soaps, washing up liquid, lovely coffee machine, lots of coffee, milk, little yummy things to make a nice breakfast. The only place that also has sugar, salt, cooking oil - needed to prepare a food. All was lovely decorated and comfortable. Communication with owners was also great, friendly and helpful. It’s just steps away from the historic site of Herculaneum.

It’s just difficult to find even for my phone navigation- so great to meet locals and ask for help 😆

The location is very nice for the train station and for the Ercolano site, both are under 10 min walking distance! The owner was really nice! And replying in-app message for check-in almost instantly. The condominium is beautifully renovated, everything new and very clean. Also there are compostable spoons, taking care of environmental concerns.

Lucrezia was a super host ! The flat is super well placed to discover the region

Stayed here as a base for visiting Naples, Pompeii and Herculaneum. Lucretia was fantastic, always on-hand to offer guidance and support, such a lovely lady. My stay was great, right down to being collected from the airport (€25, much cheaper than other hotels). Perfect place for a lone traveller or couple. Note that there are no lifts at the train station, if you have heavy bags. It's about a 7 minute walk to the accommodation. Check the train times at the station as those listed on Google aren't correct and I missed the last train back from Naples. Long story, but I got back ok. Lucretia offered to come and get me if I was stuck, that's how nice she is.

5 mins walking to Herculium Somehow host found us driving round and round in the area. We were about to give finding the place.

Address is not easy and no way to contact host on WhatsApp Arrange for a meeting point e.g. Herculium entrance. Host spoke Italian only. We prefer to park in securely. Host parked car 300 meters in a Main Street
