The propoerty is quite run down from the outside and has a small kitchen and bathroom.

Perfect location, we walked into town to watch a show then Uber back to the apartment. The apartment is clean and comfortable, the host very helpful with excellent local knowledge.

Sunny was so kind and accommodating to my family and me. The flat is in a really convenient location, especially if you have families and friends scattered around Bournemouth. The flat is clean and cosy, nicely decorated with everything you need. I moved some things out of my toddler's way, but I could see that in the pictures, and Sunny was quite happy for me to do that. I would absolutely stay again.

It is a lovely apartment ,I love the garden with the flamingos that light up at night .Lots of mordern day facilities available .Excellent host .

Sunny is an excellent host. The property is furnished with taste. I only spend one night there, so I was not able to fully take advantage of the place but I can tell that is a great place to stay when in Bournemouth.

Loud neighbours woke me up during the night. But this is not the host fault of course. Apart from that I liked everything.

Host very helpful, good comms and good local knowledge. Apartment was clean, great decor, bed was comfy.

Towels were a bit on the small side and would have been good if the fridge had been cold ready for our arrival.
