Lovely host. Lots of thoughtful touches. Well equipped. Very comfortable. Great location for our needs. Beautiful garden . Definitely would use again. Great value for money.

The location was great because it was in a quiet area with easy parking on the street. The park opposite was lovely for a quick walk in the sunshine. Having separate lounge area made it very comfortable. The fairy lights in the courtyard gave a beautiful atmosphere at night.

The shower was very small but workable. The tv was difficult to get working but we contacted the owner, who came and fixed it straight away.

We stayed here for one night on a quick visit to Bournemouth. This one bedroom ground floor apartment in a residential suburb suited our needs well. The living areas are quite comfortable and quiet, although the kitchen and bathroom are on the small side and the kitchen facilities are a bit limited. Having a washing machine though was a plus. Sunny the owner is an excellent communicator and kindly met us on arrival and showed us around.

Kitchen is on the small side with limited cooking facilities and the bathroom, and particularly the shower, is a bit squishy. The bed is a double size.

My favourite bit was the wooden blind shutters in the front room and bedroom 😍The property was lovely decorated and clean, I loved the garden space that sunny has put love and care into. The property has something interesting to look at from every angle. The shower was powerful and fully functional.
