PH2 days before check in I received an email that I change the date of my booking which I didn’t. The host is asking for an additional 1k when booking.com says I should get a refund because there is a price change. I told her that I will settle the additional payment if I will receive an email directly from booking.com but I didn’t. So this booking is a little bit stressful.

GBI love the immediate responsiveness of the owner, Jules. We appreciated the upgrade to a bigger, more spacious flat 11QR Tower1. The flat has all the basic items we needed for the 5-day stay. I love the Stamford residences helpfulness of the staff, from the security guards to the receptionist, especially Mich. I love the gym, the shops next door, the availability of the Christmas 'simbang gabi' within the building, the cafes around it, and the feeling of safety within the upper Mckinley area. We love proximity and walking distance to the Manila American Cemetery and BGC.
There were cockroaches in the unit where we stayed. The flat is dirty in our standards. I cleaned the fridge before we put our food in because it had food bits on the shelves. We could have done with more soap and toilet paper. The little shower head is a trickle of slow water, and the square fixed shower head only had cold water. Expensive area suited to the moneyed community and foreigners.
