Great host, easy to contact at all times. Nice clean tidy apartment. No complaints would use again.

Good location, close to restaurants and bars and not too far from central Cardiff. Very clean.

Host was excellent. Facilities were perfect, we stayed here in cardif to watch the lights at bute Park and this apartment is conveniently located a 15 minute walk from the park and city centre. Would happily stay again and would recommend anyone else to. Top marks

Clean - warm - great location

Parking was very limited

The place is comfortable, very well equipped and all equipment maintained. Sofas are clean and comfortable. Heating and hot water are excellent. Excellent bathroom and shower. Internet was quick and reliable, and good quality picture on TV. The landlord was incredibly reliable to get hold of. Superb.

The front door lock (outside Yale) was very difficult to open. Had to put hand in letterbox to pull door towards me and only then could we turn the key. The blinds in the bedroom at the top of the stairs really need to be replaced. They are stained beyond cleaning, also the broken mirror wardrobe, taped up, this is a real Health and Safety Hazzard. The stairs up from the ground floor I appreciate is a narrow stairwell, however a hand rail would be really useful as they are very steep and the treads very short in width. More infirm people could easily misfit particularly coming down the stairs. I would question if the steps tread and riser is within Building Regulations. Finally whilst perfectly serviceable the flooring is really starting to wear, a replacement would be recommended. I would suggest defrosting the freezer and removing whatever it is that is stuck in the ice. Internet was quick and reliable, and good quality picture on TV.
