Clean and well kept

Location for convenience is good but not for cleanliness - it is in the middle of a student area which there is no mention anywhere.

It felt like a student house in its student location. Broken wardrobe doors, smashed plug sockets, no plug in the sink and it smelt strongly of smoking. Description of the apartment is not very accurate.

Upon entry to the property it smelled like someone had been smoking something they shouldn't. No toilet roll or towels provided, we had to request and the towels didn't arrive until 9PM!! Electricity went off for over an hour as the flat downstairs were undertaking work - no prior warning or courteous knock on the door to let us know!! Sockets broken, toilet extract fan filthy, wardrobe glass doors smashed. If you stay of a weekend the area is very noisy until the early hours of the morning

Flat needs a lot of attention and TLC. Apartment dirty, blanket had stains, glass wardrobe broken and taped over, plug sockets broken sofa bed uncomfortable, living room smelled of cigarette. Overpriced for what it was. No towels on arrival, tea towels, or kitchen roll to dry crockery or hands. An Instructions manual would be handy so as not to keep messaging host. Only positive host communicative and a 10 minute walk to the centre.

Very central to Cardiff, owner was very accommodating and helpful pre and during our stay. Property clean and comfy.

Area outside is fairly rough, student area with lots of rubbish and broken glass on street but property itself was great.

Stay was pleasent for a family with kids. Helpful and friendly staff. Plenty of food outlets and shops nearby and just few minutes to the city centre. Parking is a little tricky, street parking is 2 hours stay with no return within 2 hours (8 am - 6pm).

Very clean it was spacious and all well in tact
