AK Serviced Apartments - Exclusive Two-Bedroom Apartment

quiet, well equiped, good location

The only positive point was that the accommodation tried to provide assistance with the use of the heaters and always responded quickly.

There were many negative points. The apartment was dirty, the bed linens had not been changed, the blankets had dirt on them, the dishes in the cupboard were dirty with food remains, the heaters did not work well, the apartment was very cold, the wardrobes were broken. It was a difficult night.

Great location and property in general. Thank you for the hospitality - Would recommend staying here on a budget!

Bins weren't emptied, front rooms smelt of smoke. Things could have been done to take more care in cleanliness. Not what I expected in general. Socket cover in living room needs replacing as unsafe.

We stayed here spontaneously after a trip to Bute Park for the Christmas event and the hosts were incredible. Arrived around midnight and the hosts were incredibly accommodating with accessing the property. It was clean, tidy and had great facilities. Especially as we got super muddy so was great to be able to wash all our clothes. We woke up a little tired and the hosts allowed us to stay past the check out time at no other cost and considering it’s days away from Christmas and the cleaners are extremely busy - still went to the effort to accommodate us. Great place to stay and can’t fault anything. Would defo stay again. Thank you!

Good location about 20 mins from the town apartment its self was spacesous for us party of 3 well equipt Despite being a student area the noise was hardly noticeable Good selection of takeaways

Spare duvet was stained as we couldnt find a cover Flat had a few issues like plug sockets being loose in one bedroom and a hole in the other in the wall where a door knob had gone through

The location was just what we needed.

The apartment is in need of some general TLC. A brief instructions manual would have been, as we had to keep messaging the owner for simple things/requests. Parking outside the apartment is restricted so we ended up placing our car in the NCP which was 5 - 10 mins walk away. Would have been nice to have received this info prior or shortly after booking.

It was very clean and had pretty much everything we needed

There was nothing we disliked as such the only thing was that there was nowhere to hang our coats
