Location, easy access without needing a key.

We loved the back balcony, spacious apartment, easy parking, and short walk to restaurants, playgrounds, and water activities. Would happily come back!

it would be wrong of me to speak bad on the location as I chose this property as I needed to be in Farjado for some excursions so it was convenient for what I needed to do. however, the smell in the area is unbearable and other than being inside the apartment there is no where to escape it - this is hard to do seen as the apartment doesn’t have A/C. it was the only property actually available when I went to make the booking, and I’m not surprised by that after visiting the premises.

there was no staff, no elevator to take luggage for me and my pregnant girlfriend - who had bought enough clothes to travel for an extended week (10 days) no A/C just a fan - uncomfortable, old and damp smelling furniture. Needing to contact the host who isn’t always responsive (they are quite responsive in all honesty) just to find the property. Didn’t feel secure at all (I went on a night time boat ride and felt it safer to take my belongings) which I must add I’m glad I did, as having just gotten home today (2 days after checkout) I discovered I left behind some cologne which the host admitted I did - however stated they kept it for a day then discarded it, despite never actually informing me they had my possessions.

From the location, water pressure, amazing host, fantastic sea breezes, fluffy towels, security, and cleanliness...this place is fantastic. I won't ever stay anywhere else in fajardo.

The morning singing of the roosters. But that's no fault of the accommodation. They are VERY vocal though

Loved the apartment and the view of the ocean. Our hosts were kind and gracious.

Ocean winds would bring in a foul odor. Sulfur like. Our 4 year old reacted very strongly. It was bad.

A great location. A comfortable apartment.

A bit difficult to check in a start.
