The process for checking in and out was easy. The apartment had plenty of room. The beds were comfortable and air conditioning worked well in the bedrooms. The location was walking distance to the kayak tour and very quiet, and the view from the back deck was gorgeous!

An air conditioning unit in the main living area would be great, but we didn’t spend much time inside, so it wasn’t a huge issue. The fans also helped get air circulating.

Near the beach, near very good seafood restaurant, back terrace adjoining the back of our place was wonderful. Sitting out there at night was relaxing and enjoyable. There was parking for our car at the property- fabulous.

The wifi was not very good.

Excellent location, steps from bioluminescent bay. Hot water in shower, comfortable bed and cold ( in a good way) air conditioner. Apt has basic needs, no luxuries. Could use updates. Felt safe during stay..

Such a great location! Easy to get to the beach and restaurants! Great little apartment for a family.

We really enjoyed our stay here

Location was great for the water sports and beach just a 5 min drive. About 15 minutes to the grocery stores in actual Fajardo. You have to have a car to get there and anywhere else you want to go. The apartment was modest but very clean. Hot water in the shower and good pressure. The AC worked great and the TV had cable. No wifi in the apartment, only out in the balcony. The views are great. You have your designated parking spot and the parking lot is gated. It may look a little round down in the neighborhood but it really is very safe. We think is the abandoned houses after the hurricane that make it look like that. The owner was very attentive. Great place for the price.

The door hinges could use some WD-40, they are very noisy and at night when you are trying to be quiet but need to close the bathroom door it can be very loud. Nothing stopping us from staying there again.
