Lovely accommodation, easy to find and plenty of parking. Inside it was a little dated but it didn't matter the beds were comfy and had lots of extra pillows and towels which was a lovely surprise. We had a lovely stay and kids and dog loved it too. Great for visiting Aberystwyth

Keys just left for us which made it easy. Convenient location. Nice and spacious.

It wasn't that clean. There were shoes left from a previous guest under the sofa, along with other bits of rubbish under there. There were some beardy shavings on the tiles in the shower.

Keys were left in door, this made it very easy. Accommodation had everything needed for a short stay and was easy to find. We only wish we had discovered this property when my son started university rather than at the end as we would definitely of used it on a regular basis.

The first step up to the property was very very steep/deep. The toilet seat was a bit loose/ dodgy. Nothing else was wrong can not really complain. Would like to suggest a fan to be available in accommodation for hotter months and it was very warm and with only front windows there was no air flow.

Good sized rooms. Quiet location but reasonably near to town centre. Parking right outside. All the facilities we needed.

Front door could do with a doormat of some kind. Some place mats and coasters would be welcome.

I stay in Aber regularly. I was a student in the 90s and I've stayed in many hotels & guest houses both on business and pleasure since. I now have to cater for elderly relatives and decided to try it out for a change. It was clean, quiet and comfortable with parking outside. The photos showed the shower room similar to a walk-in style rather than shower-over-bath in most places. Liked the idea of staying in bungalow-style accomodation over the usual hotel set-up.

The steps up to the front door should be shown on the photos so people can see the access to it. I managed to get an elderly person who can walk short distances unaided to the front door, as I arrived in a mobility van. Once inside, I put some furniture into the smaller bedroom to make space for a walking frame and it was ok then. I'm not criticising it. Its great for able-bodied people and I managed to use it with a person with limited mobility too. What would be an improvement if the shower had some hand rails to give confidence to the elderly when using it.
