Exceptionally clean, lots of home comforts. Bedding and beds are really comfortable. The ability to park right outside was a bonus. Will definitely be booking/visiting again.

The oven didn't appear to heat up to cook breakfast in the morning, was quite difficult to open, and closed the front door as rubbed against skirting. It was also a struggle to get through the door due to the location of the leather corner sofa. Wifi didn't work at all but wasn't really an issue for 1 night stay.

It was convenient, warm, clean, and very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

There was nothing I didn't like.

It was lovely and quiet, very close to my daughter. Perfect

I fell up the step into the property the first time. I didn’t realise the first step was so deep! No harm done. Although perhaps some solar lights would help to illuminate them at night?

Very well organised, easy to check-in and lovely clean and comfortable place. Perfect for visiting Aberystwyth and the surrounding countryside.

Nothing not to like

Old musty smell, dated, carpet in living room looked old and dirty. Leather sofas the same. Lots of spiders in all the rooms. Mattresses all sunk in the beds.. Overall clean and tidy]
