It was in a quiet location with easy parking.

If you have lived homeless for a few years and it's your first time moving into an establishment, maybe you will consider going homeless again. Can't stress enough how dirty and ugly this place is. You need to be in great shape to take the stairs. Don't try if you don't have health insurance. Do get life insurance before going there because you never know when this shabby building will collapse. Oh yes, don't use the toilet sink because it takes 3 to 4 minutes to drain it. You better go to McDonald's to wash your face. Lastly, if you have a family and traveling with kids, please don't go, it will be your worst torture to them. Finally, if you have no other choice, stay outside from 8 in the morning until 10 pm and just crash in bed when you are back. There is a reason why this guy hasn't listed his property on Airbnb. He will be banned immediately.

It was ok. The living room was comfortable.

The kitchen was poorly equipped. The AC was off when we arrived and it was quite warm inside. Upstairs was too warm to sleep and it took most of the night for it to cool down to a comfortable temperature. The bathroom sink did not drain well. It was advertised that there was a washer and dryer but we didn’t locate them until we were leaving. We received no information that they were on the porch next door. The neighborhood was very noisy and parking was difficult because there is a bar down the street. The sheets on one bed were dirty. Something sticky was on them. The sheets on the other bed were full of holes. Alex was somewhat helpful when we didn’t have a code to get in to the house, but it took several minutes to locate the code.
