Serene Beachy Bungalow with Large Screened Porch!

I missed the automated email from booking.com with the door code and ended up calling the host. But he directed me to the email, and that was totally on me for missing it. He was super gracious about it though!

It's a really nice house but I think the property could use a little updating. Also, when we first entered, there was a slightly unpleasant smell. I think putting in some plugins or something would be great.

It was clean

No driveway, no path to door, no lights in stairway, no TV in the bedrooms. Couldn't open the back door. Outrageous cleaning fee. The floor on the 2nd story had holes, probably termite damage.

Very cool perfect for the days we was in town for a convention.

The bungalow was awesome. Perfect for what I was looking for. It always seemed that there was someone to contact if there was an issue. The location was centered in the middle of everything. Easy downtown access. Simple turns to each Clearwater and St. Pete's beaches. FOOD EVERYWHERE! And a few great spots within a couple mins walk.

The parking was kinda confusing, but everything worked out. Also, for some reason, the breaker popped a couple of times for the upstairs area, which made it kinda warm, but it was easily fixed. I didn't really like that there weren't any drawers for clothes but there was plenty of space to have it all there.

Wonderful stay at this adorable home! It was perfect for my 2 daughters and I. It was on a quiet street and very private. Super comfortable beds, great AC, nice TV, all the kitchen basics. The home was located about 10 min from everything we wanted to do- Ybor City, Busch Gardens, Riverwalk. For the price it was far better than a hotel. Super sweet and responsive hosts. Definitely recommend!
