Very kind people and high facilities!! Recommend everyone best hotel in main location!

Location was prime

but the facility was pathetic. Very very poor customer service. No towel, no toilet paper, no water bottle/cups, no soap in washroom. We had paid advance through fonepay. So were kind of compelled to stay. The booking was made through booking.com initially but they said they dont take that booking and cannot honor the price from booking.com and I was asked to pay NRS 1000 more than the price in booking.com. i was asked to cancelled the order in booking.com and send NRS1000 via fonepay. I did as asked thinking i would get the high service and trusted the rating. When i arrived, rooms were not clean, no toilet paper, smelling molded rooms , no soap, no towel, i had to ask for everything. They knew we were coming still nothing was in place. We had plan to stay 2 nights but left the very next day and moved to better place.

What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the attention to detail. The amenities were top-notch, and the service was exceptional. Whether it was the personalized concierge service or the staff remembering my preferences, it felt like a home away from home. The on-site restaurant served exquisite meals, with a variety of choices that catered to all tastes. I also had the pleasure of enjoying the spa, which was pure relaxation. The facilities were modern and well-maintained, and I loved every moment spent there. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. If you’re looking for luxury, comfort, and impeccable service, this is the place to stay. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip!
