Location is good and staff is nice and very helpful

Staff was really nice and the location was great

There was no hot water in the shower =( Bathroom was not that clean

I really liked the rooms, the beds are really nice, and the service was really good. We did a little trekking to Australia base camp and weren’t that comfortable with the guide provided, but the manager was really understanding and helped to find a solution.

Great location and really nice garden. It feels relaxing and it's a good value. They're nice and can keep your bags when you go trekking.

The owner and staff are nice but feel a little insisting on trying to sell you services (arrange treks, buses, food...). I guess it comes handy for people who haven't planned anything and are looking for help for organising things, but if you don't it feels a little pushy. Also we wished they had hot showers, especially after coming back from a trek.

Very central. Good value.
